1. Start a Blog: I had created this blog a while ago; but never posted anything; hopefully I can change that this year.
My goal for the Blog is to keep a online record of what I cook, whether it is a new recipe or an old favorite.
2. Make better use of my cookbooks: I have accumulated a large amount of cookbooks over the past few years. One of my goals is to use them more. I would like to try at least two new recipes a week.
3. Use up what's in my freezer and pantry. I think if I have less around the house it will be easier to try new things, as I won't be as worried about using something I already have.
4. Work towards meal planning for each week. If I can successfully meal plan we are less likely to go out during the week or order take out. It also allows me to have more control over what I eat; and hopefully to make better choices.
